Dr. Alperovich enjoys practicing General Cardiology which includes evaluation and treatment of various cardiovascular conditions. He performs evaluations and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, and when needed, implants Pacemakers and Defibrillators.
Advanced Cardiovascular & Vein Center has extensive experience in complex Coronary Interventions, Interventional Peripheral Vascular Disease management including Ischemic Limb Salvage, and modern Interventional Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis.
Dr. Alperovich is triple boarded in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology.

The term "heart disease" is often used interchangeably with "cardiovascular disease" — a term that generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke.
